Originally, I had a list of 101 things to do in 1001 days. I happened to come across toshspice and her blog where she made a list of 101 things she wanted to accomplish in 1001 days. My list that I made was great…however I’ve changed as a person, and in turn that means that some of my list has changed.
Here is my new list (it may change as I grow as a person in the next few years):
Travel
- Visit Lois in Chicago
- Visit Stacey in Detroit
- Travel to Las Vegas
- Take a roadtrip to Savannah
- Travel to Turks and Caicos
- Travel to Spain
- Go to the Puerto Rican Day Parade in NYC
- Travel to Dar Liqama in Morocco
- Travel to Houston
- Visit Lo’Nique and Malachi in Clearwater
- Travel to Puerto Rico
- Travel to St. Lucia
- Zip-line through the rainforest in St. Lucia
- Travel to Costa Rica
- Travel to Phoenix
- Visit my aunt and uncle in Aventura
- Plan a “girlfriend’s getaway
- Go to NYC to see Debbie Allen’s production of ‘Cat on a Hot Tin Roof’
Financial
- Stop buying “stuff”
- Find a part-time job
- Pay off my credit cards
- Pledge money to the Black Women’s Society at my high school and my college
Domestic
- Thoroughly clean my condo
- Donate clothes I don’t wear to Goodwill
- Purchase a condo or townhome
- Alphabetize and organize my CDs and DVDs
- Organize my closet
- Purchase a new set of cookware
Self
- Lose 60lbs
- Blog at least 3 times a week
- Host 4 dinner parties
- Get a new tattoo when I lose 30lbs
